HOME CARE PROGRAM

For patients who, due to their condition, are unable to travel to a hospital or to the Casa Colibrí Palliative Care Clinic, our multidisciplinary team—including a physician, psychologist, and nurse—visits their homes to provide palliative care, medication, and loaned medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators. This service is designed to improve their quality of life and provide essential support to their families.
